Posted by EmilLoading...: 2009-01-06 00:32:10

No matter how much you want it, if your body is not up to it, then nothing will happen. You'll only end up frustrated. So before you catch yourself in that situation, I suggest that you work on your diet and keep a good exercise regimen.

Most of us have to work for a living and that drains our energy so much that when it's bedtime, all we want to do is sleep. We must have a high energy level to equip us during the act. Exercise gives me a high that lasts the whole day. I find that orgasms are more intense. Overall, I'm less anxious and I look at life more positively.

Posted by EmilLoading...: 2009-01-06 00:25:43

As men age, they may suffer from impotence and loss of libido...even with ejaculation. But not to worry, all is not lost. Treatment can cure many sexual problems.

Don't Wait Until It's Too Late!

Posted by EmilLoading...: 2009-01-06 00:18:48

My urologist often complained that men put off going to their doctor until their conditions are already severe and may need aggressive treatment. Even their partners are the last to know of the problem. What's there to be scared about really? The doctor will take a full medical history and will conduct a general examination of the testicles, penis and prostate gland. Other tests may also be required but believe me, it's a painless procedure.

And if there is a condition to treat, be sure to take a list of the medications and dosages. There are side-effects to most medications but I'd ... more

Many of us are familiar with the image of a caveman , stone gear in hand, pulling the hair of a female companion. The image of man as being virile and in command dates back to prehistoric times. In contemporary society, most men still strive to uphold an image of strength and dominance, carrying all the way from the corporate boardroom to the bedroom. Unfortunately for some men, especially those who are advancing in years, optimum sexual functioning can wane.

Apart from age, many other factors like stress and anxieties, as well as undergoing a medical procedure/treatment, can lead to ... more

Posted by EmilLoading...: 2008-09-07 02:43:56

While mutual masturbation, oral sex, and anal sex reduce the risk of unintended pregnancy, the risk of acquiring sexually transmitted diseases is still present.

When engaging in oral sex, a barrier protection is rarely or actually never used. I also found that HIV transmission is 5x more likely in anal sex than in vaginal sex.

Better safe-sex strategies include abstinence, mutual monogamy, engaging in relatively ... more
