My daughter has severe eczema and after two antibiotic prescriptions and creams by the case, we are finally able to get in with the local specialist.
But, as the wait lingers, we see that her eczema breakouts are not getting any better despite just finishing a round of antibiotics. We have turned homeopathic. I read that green tea is a great antiseptic and have been trying that for the last 24 hours.
Has anyone else noticed any luck with topical green tea and skin conditions?

When going for blood testing for food allergies, you may want to choose an allergist. Many family physicians only test for the most common allergies, but this will not cover all of the foods that may harm you.
My friends son was allergic to peanuts to the top extreme, but they never knew whether he was allergic to other nuts. The tests only run for what the doctor marks. When nuts came up, they never retested for which nuts.
This can be a life threatening event, especially with hidden dangers in shampoos and hand lotions that contain hazelnut, among others.

As the pollen season begins it is time to change out those normal air filters in your home cooling system for air filters that are HEPA certified. These filters will trap more allergens than any second grade brand.
While you may have to pay a little more for the air filters, you will notice the difference in the cleaner air of your home. A small change like this one is important to those of us who live with seasonal allergies and asthma each year.
