Caffeine Headaches? Try Flavored Decaf!

In an attempt to make my life a healthier one, I gave up coffee altogether. But, I soon found that I wanted something warm in the morning other than tea. I decided to try decaf coffees that were flavored. I have not had luck finding a traditional decaf that I liked the taste of but flavors are perfect.

If you are clearly addicted to caffeine, try a half caf and then move right into the flavored decaf choices, they taste great and have very little caffeine.
